Did I Stop Breathing After Consuming Wine Post C Section?

About four weeks after my csection I drank two glasses of wine. I remember dozing off only to awaken several minutes later in shock because it felt like u stopped breathing! It took me several seconds in addition to banging in my pillow to breathe again. Do you think that my heart stopped while I was asleep?

I do not think that is likely, but we would either way be better off by conducting and elaborate cardiac evaluation. As for the current explanation, it may have something to do with an anxiety or panic attack.
