Did Nifedipine Cause Reflex Tachycardia And Heart Ischemia And What Causes Diastolic Dysfunction In A Young Adult?

Hello Dr. I am 26 years old and I ate a cannabis cake and 2 hours later, i got a panic attack, i induced vomiting it out. I was taken to a bearby clinic and my pressure was 150/90mmHg with 150 bpm. I was given sublingual nifedipine and magnesium sulphate. I realised my pulse rate remained in the range of 140 - 100 for over 6 hrs but was discharged. Three months later i did an Ecg and Echo cardiography tha showed left ventricular grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Qns. 1. Did nifedipine induce reflex tachycardia and heart ischemia? 2. Does my Ecg show that i had a heart attack? 3. At my age what causes diastolic dysfunction and what is my life expectancy after this diagnosis, is the condition reversible?
