Did TMT Saying Mildly Positive Inducible Ischemia. Meaning?

i did a tmt today. i am 44 yrs old, Indian male. 177 cm tall, weigh 82 kgs. also did fasting sugar - value 74, lipids - cholesterol - 145, hdl - 39, ldl -85 nad tg 109 the tmt result was mildly positive inducible ischaemia. i did 12.03 minutes of tmt at 13.5 met, no pain or breathlessness, but significant st segment depression in inferiolateral leads. my email is YYYY@YYYY

hi..
according to your reports everything seems okay..you walked more than 13 mets that is excellent that mean you can climb everest..( haa...haa).
dont worry ..TMT can be mild positive at such high work loads. but in our day to day activities we are not supposed to go to that extent..keep walking daily atleast 30 to 40 minutes
regarding your lipid profile everything is ok except HDL is mildly low but that also will be taking care of by daily exercise and healthy dietary habbits( less fat, more fruits and vegetales).
