Did Death Occur Due To Bursting Of Sacular Aneurysm Of Abdominal Aorta?

In May, a CT scan revealed that my husband had a 3.2 sacular aneurysm of the abdominal aorta. We were not told this because he was in the ER for kidney stones. Nov. 15., he began spewing blood from his mouth and nose, and subsequently passed away. Could that aneurysm have burst? Cause of death was listed as complications of ASCUD or ASCVD ...(can t read the writing), and there was no autopsy.

Abdominal aorta aneurysm 3.2 cm is not a large and does not need to be operated. Usually aneurysms larger than 5 cm needs surgery (or rather stent insertion). So this is rather not a cause of his death.
ASCVD means arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease. It does not explain much as every person in older age has arteriosclerosis.
Spewing blood from the mouth and nose can be caused by bleeding from esophagus, stomach or duodenum (due to esophageal varices, peptic ulcer or stomach cancer) or by bleeding from lungs (due to pulmonary edema).
