Motility - NonMotile - 26 % , Slugish - 25 % , Fair - 19 %, Good - 18 %, Excellent - 12 %
Morphology - Normal - 64 % , Abnormal - 33 % , Immature - 3 %
Pus Cell - 2-3/Hpf
Red Blood Cells - 50-55
Fructose Test - Positive
