Can someone enlighten me the difference between stroke and heart attack ?

A stroke occurs in the brain: stoppage of blood flow to brain: a sudden blockage or rupture of a blood vessel in the brain resulting in, e.g. loss of consciousness, partial loss of movement, or loss of speech A heart attacks occurs in the heart: damage to heart: a sudden, serious, painful, and sometimes fatal interruption of the heart's normal functioning, especially due to a blockage in the coronary artery
