Difficulty Breathing, Disturbed Sleep. No Heart Problems. Allergic To Buttercups?

Hi
I have recently developed breathing dificulty , shortness of breath and disturbed sleep.
I have had tests for heart problems and all is clear . I suddenly occured to me that I have recently got a dog and walk regulary in a field . recently the field has become a mass of buttercups is it possible that I am allergic and can I be tested .

Yes you could be suffering from allergy and symptoms could be because of this. You may be allergic to more than one substances as is generally the case with allergy. This includes allergens from your dog and various pollens etc while walking through the field. You may go in for allergy testing but its generally not very helpful. You may have to take some antiallergens and inhalers for which i suggest you consult a pulmonologist.
