Difficulty Breathing Due To Blocked Nostril, Nosebleeds, Headache. History Of Sinusitis. Any Ideas?

Hi, I had what I thought was sinusitis about a year ago now. Ever since, my left nostril, against my septum, gets all hard and blocked, making it hard to breathe. Blowing my nose is not enough to shift it and I usually have to use a cotton bud to move it. I have also been suffering with nosebleeds, which appear to be getting worse. I am now starting to get severe headaches too... any ideas?! Thank you.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi ian
you should not clean you nose like this it will abrade the mucosa of nose and will bleed...and never blow your nose..what you can do is that take normal saline nasal sprays to clean your nose...
now you have headache also ,so you must consult an ENT specialist and get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to know the position of sinuses. As infection in frontal and sphenoid sinuses present with headaches. so that medical and if required surgical management can be done .
