Difficulty Hearing In Left Ear Due To Tinnitus. No Help From Zyrtec, Qnals. Recommend

Hi. in the last 24 days I have problems with my Ears, I m loosing audio in the lefh ear and have problem to understand the words , cause of tunnitus in the lefh ear. My Dr ( ENT) prescribed me zyrtec and qnals , because he though maybe Im suffering and imflamation of the media ear or a congestion. I was desesperate because I dont feel better , only that the noise increase o lower during the day. I having trouble to sleep , and I have to take tree melatoninas to sleep, I dont know if exist other medicines to help with my problem. I worked as a counselor and I have problem to ear and function in all my capacities. I used auditionig for my rigth ear since 2003, because i have loosing audition in both ears. And this increase my problem. Please I need your assistant and recommendation. Im from Puerto Rico . So my english maybe not to clear, I only hope you understant my writing. Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The most probable cause must be the infection of the middle ear, or a collection of fluid in the middle ear, due to hole in the ear drum.
So it needs to be treated by antibiotic, decongestants, mucolytics, so i advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections , erythromycin 500 mg , seudoephidrine hydrochloride, and ammonium chloride.
Keep a plug in the ear while taking bath, to prevent the entry of water into the middle ear.
