Difficulty In Breathing, Coughing, Lying Down After Getting Hot On Chest. What Should Be Done?

Hi, today in football practice I got hit hard in the chest with someones helmet. It wasn't SUPER hard, but it hurt pretty bad. Basically it hurts to run and sometimes to breath. I hurts mostly to cough and laying down and getting back up really fast. I hurts in the center of my chest. I have a football game tomorrow and it could be last one. What can I do? The clinics were all close and I didnt want to wait 7 hours in the emergency.
