Difficulty In Getting Erection, Low Light White Sticky Part From Penis. Help

my panis is not becoming hader, and my sperm is too light, the white stiky part is very very less, i am 37 years old and affraied as i am going to get marry soon, please do advice how to hard my penis, in my lower age my penis used to hard by seeing a girl only, but now i dont know what happening, please do hepl me, regards

Erection starts from the brain. Nerves in the brain sends chemical messages to rush blood into penis. Penile erection happens when blood rushes and fills the penile capillaries under high pressure.

At younger age people are sexually aroused much more frequently and as age advances, the frequency of desire normally decreases. But the urge for sex remains normal upto around 60 years.

You should be anxious about your marriage and that could the reason why you are not getting proper erection. Don't worry about semen thickness. Count of sperm and viscosity is important, not semen thickness.

You will be able to satisfy yourself and your wife after marriage. Don't worry.
