Difficulty In Retracting The Penile Foreskin. Feeling Fluid In The Scrotum. What Is Wrong?
For a couple of months now, I have not been able to pull my foreskin all the way back, whereas I could before. Also, it feels as though there is fluid in my scrotum that causes my testicles to sometimes be uncomfortable. I am 22 and I have not had sex. When I get aroused I notice that the pre-ejaculate has white bits in it and smells bad, and sticky compared to normal, do you know what's wrong?
Phimosis is the inability to fully retract the foreskin (or prepuce) over the glans penis due to a narrow opening. There are two type... 1) congenital phimosis 2) aquired phimosis
You are having aquired phimosis..
This type of phimosis develops secondary to underlying causes like balanitis, malignancy etc..
Acquired phimosis is a consequence of poor hygiene, forceful retraction of the tight foreskin over the glans penis and recurrent infection.
Application of weak topical corticosteroid creams to the tip of the penis proves to be effective in several cases. Surgery is performed in cases where conservative treatment fails. Circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) is the only permanent cure.
You should consult surgeon.
Thanks for query.
