Difficulty In Swallowing. Dry Itchy Throat. No Pain. What Is Wrong?

My throat feels like I can t swallow. I can swallow food and drinks fine its just swallowing saliva . It feels as if my throat gets very dry and itchy. If feel like there a little not right near my adams apple. Theres no pain or anything. Just an akward throat feeling I ve had it for like two or three years. Please, please, please help. Ineed big time!
