Difficulty Swallowing, Swollen Neck, Loss Of Hair In Eyebrows. Thyroid Condition?

I feel like I have a hair ball caught in my esophagus and have difficulty swallowing . My neck feels swollen, I avoid turtleneck sweaters or shirts with tight collars because it is uncomfortable. Most recently I have begun to lose the outer part of my normally thick eyebrows and have started using an eyebrow pencil to fill in the bald spots. My TSH test came back last week as normal range but I think there may be something wrong with my thyroid gland anyways.

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,

after going through all the available information, you are having difficulty in swallowing swelling in the neck, there are many causes for this condition called Dysphagia.

You should go for upper GI endoscopy which will detect any cause for difficulty in swallowing.

Loss of eye brows is seen in hypothyroid condition but your TSH is normal other possible causes are Infection (Leprosy),Psoriasis, and connective tissue disorder.

You should visit Physician and also consult a Dermatologist to see if there is any skin condition is cause for Madrosis.

Hope this information helps you.
Take care
Good Luck.
