Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Your smear shows bacterial infection of Gonorrhea. It is a type of sexually transmitted disease and requires urgent treatment.

You should visit your doctor and get proper antimicrobial treatment for it.
The infection is mixed one as fugal elements and Trichomonas organisms are also reported.

Bacterial culture is negative still if you are symptomatic need to be treated completely and follow up check up after 2 weeks.

It is possible that if you have been given antibiotics culture is negative.
In such case your sexual partner should also be treated to stop getting infection again.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
Good Luck.
