Hello,
First things first. Do a Urine pregnancy test. If its negetive do a TSH and serum Prolactin test. The blood sample should be taken on fasting not much delayed after getting up in morning. If the value is elevated, please see an endocrinologist or atleast a general physician. If the values are normal, avoid handling the breasts and nipple too much because frequent stimulation it self will stimulate milk secretion. But even now the reason for your delayed periods remain unprobed. Better see a doctor.
