Discoloration In Groin Area. Medicine?

i have discoloartion around my private area and anus from wearing shorts when i was in texas. is there anyone i could improve that part of my skin naturally, the rest of my skin does not have discoloration.

Avoid wearing synthetic under wears,
Use cotton under wears,
do not wear under wear at night.
Apply Kojec cream on private area.
