Discolored Urine After Menstruation. Had Chlamydia In The Past, Have Genital Warts. On Roaccutane For Acne

Hi,last month one week after my menstrual cycle was the first time that I saw a yellowish, orange discharge in my urine. It was like a small chunk. I saw that same chunk again today, again one week after my period. What does this mean? In the past, I had chlamydia but took antibiotics to have it treated. Now I have herpes and genital warts and in terms of medication, I'm taking roaccutane for my acne once a day from last December 2012 and will finish the treatment December 2013.

hello, the best thing you need to do is to have your urine analysed and a high vaginal smear taken for analysis. thanks
