Discomfort In Testicle, Urination, Aching In Leg, Heaviness In Throat, Face, Head. Suggestion?

Sir i am 24 years old and having discomfort in my right testicle along with aching in my right leg also i feel heaviness in my right part of throat face and head i already have visited to many doctors but they ended up with nothing and one more thing i want to mention is that i m having difficulties iin urination the pain in the testicle is about 2-3 years old

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You didn't mentioned ,whether you were properly investigated or not besides clinical findings.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,RFT,ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum.
There may be various reasons for painful urination and pain in testis.
Your problem needs serious attention.
If clinical findings and investigation reports are negative ,then you may need psychological therapy.
Heaviness in throat need assessment by ENT specialist.
