Discomfort In The Small Hole Above Buttocks Due To Red Lump, Get Dizziness On Closing Eyes. Help?
Hey, When I was born I had a small hole above my bum and it has never been a problem two days ago I started feeling discomfort and I looked at it tonight and there is a red lump but its soft inside the whole and it hurts to sit down etc, I then just had a shower and when closing my eyes I felt dizzy and like I was going to spew...please help?

you may have a pilonidal sinus,get a surgery consult you may need excision,get a cbc done to rule out sepsis
