Discomfort On Touching Glans, Part Of Foreskin Attached Penile Head Causing Difficulty In Retracting. Cost And Time For Treatment?

hello Doctor Sir my glans is not very sensitive but sensitive and i feel uncomfortable when it is touched.Sir i would like to know how much time this treatment will take and very important how much it will total ( including all check up etc. )cost approximately and a part of my foreskin is attached to top head of my penis , due to this there is problem in pulling back the foreskin. so i want to know the cost and time of this treatment . Thanks for query,
The part attached to your penile head is frenulum & it is carrying the attached vessel to penis so you get more blood during excitement & your penis bulges.
The fore skin should be retract over glans easily.This skin is meant to reduce the sensitivity when it is in normal position.but during excitement it retracts as penis bulges by its own & the sensitive skin came in contact of vagina so you got pleasure of sex.
If it is tight & not retracted in normal resting condition then you should retract it daily during bath with pouring warm water on it .If this should be done for at least 3-6 months you should avoid surgery but if this measure will not retract it then you need surgical removal like circumcision operation.
The expense of it is differs in different country.
