Discovered Pregnant After Episodes Of Drinking. Affect Foetal Health?
Negative Pregnancy test beginning of this month (Dec) now Dec 17 test is positive. However, I drank on a few occasions this past month, but took pregagncy tests before going out to drink. Could my drinking have affected my possible pregnancy, is Fetal Alcohol a worry? I m so scared... never would have drank if I was pregnant.

gud mrng..
drinking definitely affects fetus if you are pregnant..u shoul avoid alcohol in pregnancy as it affects mental physical and functional development of the child..and moreover alcohol in first 3 mths is still more dangerous to baby..
coming to your problem, actually we cant say exactly like how much quantity of alcohol affects the child ..and if 100% effect will be there on child..but i suggest since you are still in early stage of pregnancy u have time even nw to avoid ur habit and go into safe pregnancy..as your baby s brain still have time developing..
so b away from alcohol to have a healthy baby atleast from now on.
all the best..
