OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
It seems that you have bilateral hydrosalpinx. I don't know your complain but if it was infertility I suggest the following: if one tube is patent we can try intrauterine insemination one or two times maximum. If no pregnancy occurs, you should proceed for in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
But before doing this the tubes must be disconnected from the uterus if they are visible by ultrasound.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
