Disturbed Vision, Dry Eye, Migraines. Laser Eye Surgery Done. History Of Anxiety, Tension Disorder. Treatment?

Good Morning, My wife has undergone laser eye surgery some 6 years ago. Since then she has had nothing but regular occurrences of disturbed vision immediately followed by migraine headaches. We have been told by an Eye Consultant that as a direct result of the laser eye surgery, she now suffers from severe dry eye . This in turn, over the years has brought about tension & anxiety in herself as we search for treatment. Each time the disturbed/distorted vision comes, usually now around once or sometimes twice weekly, she is devastated and has a genuine fear of taking to many tablets as she has carried a sickness phobia since she was very young. Can you suggest any direction and/or medication we might consider using to alleviate if not remove the tension/anxiety etc that her current position brings about in herself.
