it is now 3 months since I quit smoking, I am 35 years old. For last 7 days I am feeling dizzy usually in the afternoon. I had same symptoms 1.5 months after quiting and they lasted for 10 days more or less. I am wondering is it normal to feel like this and if it is related to smoking how long will it last?
Quitting smoking will have some withdrawal symptoms related to nicotine dependency. If the symptoms are manageable no need for any medical intervention. But if it is troubling than there are some chewable nicotine substitutes available which can be tried. Vitamin B12 with help in strengthening the nerves and which will help you improve clinically. Beyond this check for any medical conditions that causes dizziness.
