Dizziness, Fluttering In The Stomach And Chest Pain. Due To Anxiety Or Heart Problem?

My fiance has been experiencing strange heart episodes that his cardiologist cannot explain beside it possible being anxiety , every few months he will have an episode that starts in the stomach a fluttering then gets a bit dizzy little chest pain and some sweating the episodes do not last long, today he had another one but felt like shocks going through his chest an arm , lasting only seconds, he has regular check ups with his cardiologist, wishing we can find answers to these scary frightening episodes..

Probably, he is having episodic irregular heart beats...

The incidence has to be documented for proper diagnosis and subsequent care.
EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.

Conditions like Panic attack / Pheochromocytoma have to be considered and investigated...

The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
