Dizziness, Hearing Loss. Diabetic For 9 Years, Taking Medication. Recommendations?
My wife 50 years old is a diabetics patient for last nine years .sugar levels are between 170 and 240' .she is taking janumet50/1000 twice a day besides ecosprin av 75/20 . She has spells of dizziness frequently and she takes vermin 24 mg twice a day .her left ear shows hearing loss and brain MRI showed no problem. Her vitamins d3 level is at 3 .
She passes motion twice in the morning . While first motion is a normal one , the second motion is associated with ten minutes of acute dizziness and is normally watery .
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. Diabetes is there , why she is taking ecosprine , mention it? Blood sugar level, which you mentioned is not normal , rather it is very high, so one reason for dizziness may be high blood sugar level. 2nd reason may be high blood pressure, which you not mentioned in your query. Anemia is another reason of dizziness. Passing of two motions ( watery second one ) may develops hypotension. Consult a physician and get his opinion and deal accordingly. Good luck. Dr.HET
