Dizziness, Heaviness In Ear, Headache. Suffering From Early Stage Of Otitis Media, Vertigo. Cause?

Hello Doc,
Had got tested and their was early stage of otitis media.Been suffering from dizziness, heaviness in left Ear,slight pain , headache.Got general checkup .. Foc says nothing related to brain as she saw my eyes for some pressure. Everytime i show to ENT his examination comes normal. Taking vertin for vertigo. Can't find the cause

Allergist and Immunologist,  's  Response
the acute sinusitis
as all the symptomps are same as sinusitis
headache vertigo and otitis medis
as the post nasal drip can cause all this
verin is for vertigo
add antibiotic to clear infection
add anti allergic tab to reduce secretions in sinuses
neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops at night in each nose to clear back f throat and middle ear
analgesic sos for pain
