Dizziness, Lack Of Appetite. Chances Of Cirrhosis?

I wish to know what signs to look for in the stages of cirrhosis. I am keeping the fluids out, and the color of urine is fairly normal in color. No jaundice, or nausea. My friend has periods of dizziness upon arising, but is very sedentary. He is also 75 years old, but looks good, but basically has no energy. His apatite is not too good. Though he will eat and drink good nutritious foods and drinks. Thanks. I want to do all that I can. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Query is about cirrhosis of liver as,
Patient may have easy bruising,
increasing weakness,fatigue,
anorexia ( loss of appetite)
Due to anorexia====Weight loss and reduction in skeletal muscle mass.,
Dizziness due to general weakness.
If cirrhosis ,worsen may lead to ,

progressive jaundice,
bleeding from gastro-esophageal varices,
The best way is to consult a physician and get in blood examination with ULTRASOUND of abdomen.
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will be happy to help.
