Dizziness, Lightheaded. Having Mild Heart Issues. Taking Lipitor, Fluid Pill

My mother is 89 years old and in remarkable health.. although she does have relatively mild heart issues.. she takes a fluid pill each day along with Lipitor and one other pill... not sure what it is.. Anyway, she is complaining of dizziness and lightheadedness almost all of today.. I'm not sure how to help her. She won't let me call her family doctor.
