Dizziness, Loss Of Balance, Stomach Cramps While In The Shower. Causes For Symptoms?

i woke up this morning with a dizzy spell i cant stand up strain without feeling like e am about to past out went into the bathroom to get a shower i had to sit down for a good 10 mins before i got back up and while i was have a shower n on my way out i still felt dizzy and had a stomach cramp . i tried drinking tea and i couldnt or lye down properly without feeling my head spinning

Reid ! What did you ate yesterday. Any alcohol too. Take glucose or juice for energy. If abdominal gas antiacids, if adbominal cramp take spasmolitic, after this, if you still feel bad. Consult your doctor. Take care.
