Dizziness, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Tingling Feeling In Tongue. Have High Blood Pressure, Asthma, Crohn S Disease

Hi, I occasionally have a combination of 3 things at once, lasting for less then a minute. I get very dizzy, with metallic taste in my mouth and tingling feeling on the side of my tongue. Nowadays it occurs about once a month and leaves me with no after effects. I am a 48 yrs old male and have had this happening for about 10 years now, seemingly getting more frequent in the last couple of years. I am an ex-smoker with high blood pressure, asthma and Crohn`s disease.
