Dizziness, Nausea, Tender Breasts, Headaches. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Should I Wait Some More Days And Test?

I am 25 years old. I have a 40 day cycle. It can be as long as 45. Yesterday I had extreme dizziness and was very nauseated to where I had to pull over my car.i do not have sore breasts but they are tender.i have had headaches off and on for a week. My LMP was July 15. Took a test and it came back negative. Am I testing too early?

hi..
you have delayed periods, and you need to do the urine pregnancy test 2-3 days after the expected date of periods, and serum HCG also can be done..
since your usual periods are 45 days, you would have ovulated 15 days prior to the expected period, and if the ovum is fertilized during this period, chances of conception is high..
see your obstetrician in any case..
