Dizziness, Ringing In Ears, Relief On Lying Sideways, Not Pregnant. Cause?

I have been dizzy chronically for almost 2 weeks now, it is almost all day and the only relief I get is by laying on my side, and even then it comes in bouts. I have had very little ringing in the ears, my blood pressure is fine and there is no possibility I am pregnant . Any answers as to what could be causing this, would be great.

In dizzy patients a detailed history is needed to arrive at a diagnosis. This much is not enough. However as it comes in bouts it could be due to inner ear problem. Better you see an ENT specialist.
