For the past 3 mornings after waking up i have been dizzy and shaky and fast heart rate.. Then i would have a couple drinks of sprite and feel better. It happened today and i had no food just some sprite. My friend took my blood sugar it was 178. I am not a diabetic. But i am feeling same way now and nothing helping me. I don't know what to do I have not had a appetite for 3 days also and not peeing as much as I usually do.
Dizziness, tachycardia and weakness may be due to hypoglycemia.
Blood sugar of 178, If it is Random Sample than you may be Pre Diabetic and you are likely to develop Diabetes in the future.
