Dizziness, Sweating, Belching, Nausea. What Could Be This?

ABout 5:00 AM i turned over in bed and suddenly had a dizzy spell. i was also sweating profusely, belching and was nauseated. This spell lasted about two hours. Had a similar incident in November and went to emergency room. Tests at hospital were all negative for whatever they were looking for. You have any clues to what might be wrong?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some hypoglycemia i.e low sugar level as it already 7-8 hours of having your supper.
Take sugar, fruit juices or tea, coffee.
But as this happens in the early morning possibility of having some cardiac ailment should be ruled out.
Go for EKG and rule out cardiac problem.
Ok and take care.
