Dizziness Triggered By Movement And Insomnia. Had Bacterial Infection. Help With Anxiety?

hello i have dizziness trigerred by movement and insomnia i had this really bad bacterial infection of urt in march and since april i notice difficulty in sleeping on my left hand side and when i turn in bed my head feels its moving and then it goes away but stays for longer on left side its causing a lot of anxiety do you know what i maybe suffering from thanku

Do you have any associated ear related symptoms like some sound in the ear, hearing loss or ear discharge. Your vertigo appears to be peripheral in etiology or ear related. Please consult a ENT surgeon who will examine you and may be able to help you.
