If I were your doctor for this case of dizziness , I would come up with these possibilities , these includes. 1 Hypotension i.e.lower blood pressure ,diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician . Since you mentioned that there are dizziness, tiredness, so these symptoms may be due to decrease in blood pressure. 2 Hypertension , this is also one reason , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination. 3 Hyper acidity is the one more such cause as you mentioned that there is stomach cramp and twigs in chest , so all these indicate that the reason of dizziness may be hyper acidity . Get in upper G I endoscopy to rule out stomach disease. In my opinion , if you have mentioned your age and sex ,it would have been better for evaluation of diagnosis.
