Dizziness While Walking, Nausea, Numbness And Burning While Urination. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Else Is Causing This?

Hi....I have this strange symptoms and cant figure out what it is i first thaught it was pregnant but it came out negative....
i feel dizzy like when i stand up or walking it feels like i want toe faint everything turns black..
i feel numb very
when i smell food i want to vomit
and i have a funny feeling on my stomach that feels like i wan t to throw up its a very funny feeling.....cant really decribe it...
i feel funny when i urinate as well its like a burning feeling and when im done urinating its feels funny down there

what can that be?

It is likely that you have a urinary tract infection that is causing you all the symptoms you are presenting with. Urinary tract infections typically can cause digestive symptoms such as nausea and vomiting especially when the infection is due to a bacterium called E. coli. E. coli commonly causes urinary tract infections in most age groups. Treatment is done with antibiotics.

the dizziness and funny feelings are general symptoms indicating that the body is not okay.

Urinary tract infections are diagnosed by doing a mid stream urine analysis with antibiotic sensitivity. This could be ordered by your doctor after a detail physical examination.
