Dizzy And Lightheaded Daily. Having High BP. Taken Bonine, Condition Worsened. Suggestions?
I am dizzy and light headed everyday. I have even tried taking bonine and that makes me worst off. My doctor does not know what is causing it. He thinks high blood pressure, but he is not sure. He is very worried because i am only 17 years old. Last reading was 190/99. I have not had a reading less than 150 for the top number and 90 for the bottom number ,systolic and diastolic.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M.. Forum. Since you are taking cyclizine ( bonine) for dizziness and light headed symptoms. The most worrisome reason is DIASTOLIC BLOOD pressure , mentioned in query as, 190/99 mm of Hg. 150 mm of Hg not less than this, while diastolic always not less than 90 mm of Hg. Consult a Cardiologist and get his opinion as this is a malignant Blood pressure ,so assessment is very important. Hope you will understand the seriousness of disease . Good luck. Dr. HET
