Dizzy, Interminet Dark Spotting , Numbness In Hands. What These Symptoms Suggest After 9 Months Of Delivery ?

dizzy, interminet dark spotting , numbness in hands at times and now panic attacks...gave birth 9 months ago , stopped nursing 3 months ago. Any thoughts?

If your regular periods have resumed then intermittent dark spotting is a matter of concern and you need an ultrasound scan to rule out any pathology. Numbness in hands and dizziness is due to weakness. Take multivitamin and iron supplements.
