Dizzy Spells, Cloudy Smelly Urine, Lower Back Pain, Painful BM & Weakness Prior To Menses?

Hi i am 33 /female. I have dizzy spells for like a month now that come and go for at least 7 seconds at a time but now they are laasting longer. i have the nastiest smelly cloudy urine , but no pain or problems urinating, drink plenty of fluids. the worste part of it is that i have had it over a year now. and it has been accompanied by lower back pain.I have taken antibiotics for uti but it comes back immediatly. I have a bowel movement at most three times a week and thats alot. When i do have one i feel like someone is scratching my insides so much pain i want to crawl into a ball. When it comes to my menstral i get weak the days before and hen bleed heavily. On that for about a good five days.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the pelvic inflammatory disease,and may need to have culture and sensitivity of the urine.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime,ornidazole,and hematinics .I adsvise that both the partners should have the complete treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables,pulses,sprouts,and protein rich foods to have blood,general health and resistance against infections.
