Dizzy Spells, Palpitations, Pulse Increasing After Standing. Diagnosed As Cardiomyopathy. Should I See A Doctor Immediately?

Im a 43 yr old woman who has been having dizzy spells and palpations. Cardiologist diagnosed cardiomyopathy and im on a 30 day heart monitor. Noticed pulse goes from 60 resting to 130 plus Upon standing and palpations get strong. I sit and it goes awayDo I need to call and update the cardiologist before my next appt in 2 weeks or is this just a begnin symptom?

The heart rate variability is not marked.
Dizziness may mean reduced blood flow to the brain because the output is not able to meet the demand / and happening on standing may mean postural hypotension.
You should talk to you doctor – get him updated; yourself too...
