Do Alprazolam And Donepezil Cause Difficulty In Sitting And Sleeping?

my 83 year old African American mother is currently taking alprazolam 0.25 mg for anxiety, and donepezil 10 mg for dementia. She also takes daily, ramipril 2.5 mg, simvastatin 20 mg, methimazole 5 mg along with asprin 81 mg and vitamin D 1,000 IU tablet per day. She has taken these drugs for at least the last four years or more. Her mental acuity is fading fast but the real problem currently is she is not able to sit still for any amount of time during the day (very limited rest) and she is not sleeping a night. She will dove from about 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. This is getting to be a real problem for my 86 year old dad who is battling mouth cancer. Any suggestions if the medications could be the cause? Thank you.
