Do Ambroxol And Kamillosan Taken During Pregnancy Cause Fetal Harm?

My OB prescribed Ambroxol for my cough and Kammilosan for my sore throat. As of now I ve just taken them twice and was worried when I read that it is contraindicated for 1 trimester pregnancy. I m in my 7th week, will it harm my baby? Appreciate your prompt response.

Wh didn't you tell your doctor about your pregnancy .
Take a tab of levocet 1
0 mg of 5 days
take cough Zedex syp 1 tsx 7 days
