General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, certain medications are associated with the GI upset in terms of nausea, abdomen fullness via gastritis development with or without gastic ulcer. It is the metallic taste of medicine which gives such sensation and can be easily curtailed with the use of sugar coated medicine or capsule. The hair loss is not a usual side effect of migraine and blood pressure medicine and rest of the causes like:
- Trace elements deficiency as zinc, magnesium or others
- Stress
- Ongoing smoking
- Undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction
have to be sorted out first. However, if you can provide details of your current medication with dosages, I would be able to further curtail the discussion to more relevant guidelines.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
