Do Bidanzen Forte, Monticope And Mitimox Cause Numbness In Hands?

hey doc....i had severe cough n cold 10 days back and i was given the following tablets and syrup for 3 days...but suddenly for the past 3 days i've got numbness in hands (but i have sense in my hands) and no grip and at times i'm unable to walk steadily...please help.

I was prescribed the following tablets...1. Bidanzen forte 2. monticope 3. mitimox cv 625 and syrup cofit.
