Do Citalopram And Chlorpromazine Affect Body Weight?

I was on citralopram and clopromazine for a few years and when I was on the medication I gained about 7 stone, I have now stopped the medication but have lost 9 stone in 10 month and it is still falling off, could this be to do with this medication, please help I am really really sick and its making me severely depressed again.
