I understand your concern.
Products what you have mentioned like collagen peptides have shown positive response when supplemented in arthritis.
It has been noted from randomised controlled trials that supplementation of collagen peptides from either porcine or bovine origin may reduce joint pain and slow the progression of arthritis. It is also known to slowing the aging process.
Genetically modified foods (GMO) and gluten needs to be avoided in people having arthritis as they may worsen joint symptoms due to triggering autoimmune response.
However, kindly take consultation from Physician before putting them in use.
