Do Cymbalta And Lyrica Cause Weight Gain?

Hi I am on Cymbalta - 60 mg and Lyrica 120 mg for severe migraine treatment. I also am on a LCHF diet , but cannot lose any weight, does the Cymbalta and Lyrica make me gain weight. Also they do not do much for my migaines, have tried botox and many other drugs, Gp is suggesting an Occipital Ablation, what are your throught on this.
